Chicago Tappi invites you to our annual golf outing and dinner. You will have a great time golfing. Dinner and a grand prize drawing will follow golfing.

Format: Texas Scramble with Peoria scoring.

Chicago Tappi membership is encouraged but not mandatory. A membership application form is enclosed. Upon receipt of your reservation, confirmation will be acknowledged by e-mail. Mail your reservations with payment as space is limited and is on a first-come first-serve basis.
